Russia Takes A Swing At Obama

Published by scarecrow at 1:59 pm under Rural Politics Edit This

President DmitryMedvedev hasn’t called President-Elect Barack Obama to congratulate him yet. If the newly and duly elected administration thinks the Russians haven’t called because the phone lines are jammed, they better think again. The Russians aren’t calling to congratulate the new president, but they are getting ready to jam a few lines of their own.

The day after the historical election in the United States the Russians announced their intentions to deploy communication-jamming technology along with Topol-M intercontinental ballistic missiles on the border of Poland and Czech Republic. The missiles, which reportedly have a range of 7,000 miles, are unaffected by current US anit-ICBM technology.

It would appear that Vice President-Elect Joe Biden was right. I hope everyone was paying attention; it looks like there’s going to be a test.

Has Russia delivered the first test of Obama? Take our poll and see the results immediately.
